The WaveRIDER® is a self-contained system that provides critical data on wave solder machine setup and performance. Used in conjuntion with your Gold M.O.L.E.® Temperature Profiler, you can insure your wave solder machine is preforming as it should.

The brain of the system is the SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold. The M.O.L.E.® records and stores data as the WaveRIDER® passes through the wave solder machine. Sensors embedded in the RIDER monitor one or two solder waves. Analytical software in the M.O.L.E.® analyzes and generates an accurate report covering:
The WaveRIDER® is run through the wave solder process as one would normally run a printed circuit board through the wave solder machine. After passing through the wave solder machine, the RIDER is connected to a computer with an interface cable. Data captured by the RIDER is transferred to the computer and analized with the SPC tools available and reports generated with no additional equipment requirement.
