OvenRIDER® SPC Analysis Software

Once you have collected critical reflow oven performance data with the OvenRIDER®, the data is downloaded into a Windows PC operating the OvenRIDER® SPC Software. This flexible user-friendly program provides an array of powerful analytical tools and report generating capabilities to assist you in keeping your reflow soldering process under control.

• The current version can read previous version OvenRIDER (*.mor) files and can also import older M.O.L.E.® (*.mdm) files.
• Current revision files can not be read by pervious versions of the software.
• OvenRIDER® SPC software is a 32 bit program and will only run on a 32 bit operating system such as Windows 95/98/2000/NT

AutoM.O.L.E.® Mailbox Integration

• The OvenRIDER® software can now use the AutoM.O.L.E. mailbox if it is available on the oven/computer being used
• If the software detects the mailbox it will ask you what data you would like to retrieve from the mailbox which greatly improves the time and accuracy of documenting a datafile. You can retrieve:
  • Zone sizes
  • Zone temperature settings
  • Zone names
  • Conveyor speed

• Numeric, graphic and SPC reports for critical reflow oven performance parameters:
  • Zone-by-zone air temperature
  • Zone-by-zone heat flow
  • Total oven process heat flow - Now is calculated from beginning to the PEAK temperature instead of to the end of the last zone
  • Conveyor speed
  • Process peak temperature calculation
  • Process time between temperatures
  • Process time above temperature
• Color-coded reports allow easy and rapid identification of parameters that exceed user specified spec limits.
• SPC X-bar and R charts are automatically created for user selectable parameters.
  • Ability to freeze or fix the control limit values on the X-Bar and R charts
  • R chart has been replaced with a mR (moving range) chart when the sample per sub group = 1
  • UCL/LCL values are in red when frozen in the admin worksheet
  • Cp, Cpk values are displayed in red when sub group is greater than 1
• Minimum, maximum, average and standard deviation values are reported for all parameters
• A powerful set of filtering tools are available that allow the user to easily identify specific data runs to examine.
• Automatic spreadsheet and chart formatting for the number of zones detected, 30 zones maximum.
• Multiple language support is on-line and operator selectable at any time. Supported languages include:
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian

Color-coded entries in the Data Spreadsheet identify parameters that exceed user specified spec limits. (Blue = below specified spec limit. Red = above specified spec limit.) The OvenRIDER Data worksheet provides a rapid "go / no-go" showing the process to be in-spec or not. Note the addition of process peak, time-between, and time-above parameter.
