MOLEscan is an easy-to-use, low cost, trailing thermocouple profiling system which can be used in your reflow oven or rework-station.

MOLEscan is designed to capture and analyze component temperatures of your PCB assemblies as they pass through your reflow solder machines or rework process.

MOLEscan installs in seconds, just plug it into your PC, load the software, and you're off and running

MOLEscan requires no batteries - powered from your PC, no charging of batteries or power supplies required

MOLEscan can be used on any reflow oven or rework system, new or old

MOLEscan is a stationary profiler that remains attached to your computer while the thermocouples run through your oven attached to your circuit board


Dynamic Prediction Software

Prediction is frequently used to determine what impact changes in machine settings will have on the product being processed in the machine.

Dynamic Prediction Software is a standard feature with MOLEscan. With ECD's dynamic Prediction, changes in machine settings produce instant profile graphical feedback of the predicted results.

With the temperature profile graph displayed in the Prediction mode, the user "grabs" the zone temperature reference bars to either increase or decrease the zone temperatures by moving the bar on the graph, dynamically displaying the predicted profile change in graphic form.

No more guess work and no more having to perform a repetitive series of "what if" trials.


Since MOLEscan is powered from the computer, you get REAL TIME readings on your computer screen as the data is being transfered from the MOLE to the computer.


In addition the MOLEscan software has most of the features of our SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold SPC software built in including 3D modeling, slope, magnification and overlay of another profile.
